The Digital Fingerprint application is a TxDOT tool that generates a unique hash value for a selected file, allowing you to verify whether the file has been altered. The tool does not modify your file or authenticate its content or origin.

Your file is processed locally on your device. TxDOT does not collect, store, or transmit your file or hash values. All data is cleared upon browser refresh or closure. An internet connection is not required.

This tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TxDOT expressly disclaims liability for any data loss, inaccurate results, or other damages arising from use of this tool.
